A lovely vintage hat comprised of jet black tiny long feathers, with long ivory accent feathers in the body.

The feathers are fastened to a stiff black body. The front of the hat is a fringe of feathers which can double as bangs!

Will fit up to a large head size due to style and is about 3" tall, and in excellent condition.
